Your Account

  1. Visit https://goaflix.com/my-account/

  2. Enter your email address and click Register.

  3. A password will be sent to your email address.

  3. Enter your Username or Email address.
  4. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
The maximum no. of active logins a user account can have is ONE only.

If this limit reached, next login request will be failed and user will have to logout from one device to continue.

The system will allow new login by terminating all other old sessions when the limit is reached.
Please check your SPAM folder. Mails from GoaFlix might go to spam folder at times.
You can use your user credentials on one device maximum.

The system will not allow new login if the limit is reached. Users need to wait for the old login sessions to expire.
Please read our terms of use carefully to know more about accounts and usage.
A user can have maximum ONE active login. If this limit reached, next login request will be failed and user will have to logout from one device to continue.

Rentals and Payment

GoaFlix offers Pay Per View-based streaming service which means you have to pay per view of the content. You can watch the content any number of times for the duration of the rental (24 hours from the time of purchase)

The price may vary based on your country of residence.
After you rent a movie on GoaFlix.com, you have 24 hours to start viewing it. Once you’ve started the movie, you can watch as many times as you like until your rental period ends. Rental periods are usually 24 hours, but the final page of checkout for a rental will note the length of your rental period.
To purchase movies & TV shows on GoaFlix, you must be 18 years of age or older, in a supported country.
  1. Visit the Movies & Shows page for a movie or TV show that you’d like to buy or rent.
  2. Click the button displaying the price for rental. Different prices for different resolutions may also be available. Click the rent/purchase button to continue.
  3. Select the payment method that you wish to use or add a new payment method, then click Pay to View/Purchase to finish the transaction.
  4. Once your payment has gone through, you’ll get a purchase confirmation. You can find all the videos that you’ve purchased by visiting https://goaflix.com/my-account/purchased/ while signed in to your account.

There are several options to pay for GoaFlix.

Local Credit and Debit Cards

We accept the following locally issued cards (requires secondary authentication), which must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions.

International cards are only accepted for members currently paying with an international card.

We use payment gateways which have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
,br>This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of our payment gateway’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist.

Our payment gateway’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with gateway’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

Watching movies

You can connect your Android or Apple mobile device to many TVs. Connecting your mobile devices allows you to use your TV as a display for content playing on GoaFlix.com, and/or use your mobile device as a remote. Below you’ll find different ways to connect your mobile device to your TV.

Android Phone or Tablet:

TVs with Chromecast built-in allow you to cast from your mobile device to the TV. Chromecast built-in is only available on Philips, Polaroid, Sharp, Skyworth, Soniq, Sony, Toshiba, and Vizio TVs.

To cast from your Android mobile device:

  1. Open GoaFlix.com on your mobile device.
  2. Once you’re signed in, select the Cast icon Chromecast Icon in the upper or lower right corner of the screen.
  3. Select the device you would like to watch your TV show or movie on.
  4. Select a TV show or movie to watch and press Play.
You can now fast forward, rewind, pause, or change the audio or subtitle settings from your mobile device.

iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch:

  1. Open GoaFlix.com on your mobile device.

  4. Select a TV show or movie to watch and press Play.

Connect using an external cable:

Mobile devices can use a cable to connect directly to a TV in order to display content played on the mobile device. Cable connections vary based on the mobile device output and TV input requirements. To connect a 30-pin device to your TV, you’ll need a compatible composite, component, or HDMI cable connection kit.
Watching your rented or purchased content requires an internet connection.

No. We don’t have any mobile app at this moment of time.

Our website is a Powered Web App (PWA). You will get smooth experience of watching movies on any device with GoaFlix.com – be it a mobile phone, a desktop, a laptop, a tablet or casting movie on your smart TV via mobile phone.

If the buffering is for longer period, it may be because of the internet connection speed. Please restart your modem if you are using WiFi at home and check if you have good internet connection.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you are not able to watch any movie (even though you have made the payment), please send us your rental order details to support@goaflix.com.

We will look into it and initiate a refund for you. Note that the refund request should be immediately sent across to us the moment you are not able to watch. We trust you!
If for some reason, you want to cancel your order, send us an email with your rental order details withing one hour of purchase. We will cancel the rental and initiate refund for your.
We will initiate refunds in following cases:

  1. You are not able to watch a movie and send us request about the same by dropping us an email within one hour of rental period.
  2. If there is some technical issue at our end and you are not able to watch the movie.
  3. If you placed the rental order by mistake and want to cancel the same within one hour of payment done at your end.
For all refund requests, please make sure your write to us with your order details at support@goaflix.com. We would not be able to process the refunds unless we have all details provided by you.
Please note that any refund initiated by us will reach your bank account (with which you paid for the order) withing 7-10 working days.
